TAMPA - Federal authorities in New York City have shut down 10 websites they say have stolen and streamed pay-per-view and other live sporting events including NFL games.

One of those sites, ADTHE.net, became popular among local football fans for providing live feeds of blacked-out Tampa Bay Buccaneers games. At least five bars in the area received cease-and-desist letters from the NFL last year for using the websites to show games.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents executed seizure warrants based on a court order unsealed Wednesday in federal court in Manhattan. The warrants direct domain managers to lock down the websites.

Channelsurfing.net, Rojadirecta.com, Firstrow.net and HQ-Streams.net are among the 10 sites seized by federal agents.

On Tuesday, visitors to those sites were greeted with a page that informed users the site had been seized by federal investigators. The seals of the Department of Homeland Security, which handles cybercrimes, and the U.S. Department of Justice replaced links that once directed visitors to live sporting events.

By Wednesday, most of the sites had been shut down and didn't open in Internet browsers.

Court papers cite several live broadcasts of pro wrestling, ultimate fighting and professional football games authorities say were pirated in recent weeks.

Investigators say they hope to identify the website operators and charge them with copyright infringement. None of the 10 sites operated in the U.S.

ADTHE.net was "hosted on a computer … which is located at an Internet Service Provider in Sweden," court documents state.

When the Bucs first home game last season was blacked out, word of ADTHE.net spread among fans via Twitter and Facebook. All eight Bucs home games were blacked out. The NFL requires that home games be sold out 72 hours before kickoff in order to be shown on local television channels.

ADTHE.net didn't embed live videos on its site. Instead, it provided links for feeds that existed on other sites. The feeds were either hacked or captured by connecting a television cable box to a computer then uploading the videos online, court documents state.

I believe if you don't like the way things are here, go back to where you came from and change your own country!

If you were born here and don't like it... you are free to move to any Socialist country that will have you. I believe it is time to really clean house, starting with the White House, the seat of our biggest problems.

I also think the cops have the right to pull you over if you're breaking the law, regardless of what color you are, but not just because you happen to ride a bike.
And, no, I don't mind having my face shown on my driver's license. I think it's good.... And I'm proud that 'God' is written on my money..

I think if you are too stupid to know how a ballot works, I don't want you deciding who should be running the most powerful nation in the world for the next four years.

I dislike those people standing in the intersections trying to sell me stuff or trying to guilt me into making 'donations' to their cause..... Get a job and do your part to support yourself and your family!

Top US Federal Judge Assassinated After Threat To Obama Agenda

A Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the top US Federal Judge for the State of Arizona was assassinated barely 72-hours after he made a critical ruling against the Obama administrations plan to begin the confiscation of their citizen’s private retirement and banking accounts in order to stave off their nations imminent economic collapse, and after having the US Marshals protecting him removed.

According to this SVR report, Federal Judge John McCarthy Roll was the Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Arizona who this past Friday issued what is called a “preliminary ruling” in a case titled “United States of America v. $333,520.00 in United States Currency et al” [Case Number: 4:2010cv00703 Filed: November 30, 2010] wherein he stated he was preparing to rule against Obama’s power to seize American citizens money without clear and convincing evidence of a crime being committed.

The case being ruled on by Judge Roll, this report continues, was about bulk cash smuggling into or out of the United States that the Obama administration claimed was their right to seize under what are called Presidential Executive Orders, instead of using existing laws. The Obama administration used as support for their claim before Judge Roll, the SVR says, the seizing of all American citizens’ gold, in 1933, by President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s signing of Executive Order 6102, which was ruled at the time to be constitutional.

Should the Obama administration win their argument to seize their citizen’s money by Executive Order without having to abide by the law was made more chilling this past week when reports emerged from the US stating that President Obama and his regime allies were, indeed, preparing to rule America by decree since their loss this past November of their control over the US House of Representatives, and in the words of the Washington Posts columnist Charles Krauthammer: “For an Obama bureaucrat … the will of the Congress is a mere speed bump”.

Since taking office in early 2009, Obama has completely overturned the once free United States through his use of Executive Orders that asserts his power to put anyone he wants in prison without charges or trial forever and his right to assassinate any American citizen he deems a threat.

The most chilling of these powers Obama has asserted for himself, however, are contained in Executive Order 13528 he signed nearly a year ago (January 10, 2010) creating a Council of Governors he has hand-picked to rule over the United States in place of its elected representatives when their next “disaster” strikes and orders them to begin “synchronization and integration of State and Federal military activities in the United States; and other matters of mutual interest pertaining to National Guard, homeland defense, and civil support activities”.

Interesting to note about the assassination of Judge Roll is that it is being blamed on a “lone gunman” said to be mentally unstable (aren’t they all) said directed at a US Congresswoman named Gabrielle Giffords, who survived this mass killing, and that killed at least 5 other innocent people, including a 9-year-old girl named Christina Taylor Green “curiously” born on September 11, 2001 (9/11).

Equally interesting to note about the assassin, a 22-year-old man named Jared Loughner, is that he is being described by the propaganda media organs in the US as an “anti-government” type individual who prior to this mass killing is said to have left “crazed rantings” on the Internet, but whose “handler”, described as a white male between 40-50 years old with dark hair, is still being sought after.

The circumstances surrounding Judge Roll’s assassination by Loughner, also, mirror those of Farouk Abdulmutallab (aka The Underwear Bomber) who “used cash to buy a one-way ticket to the United States at the last minute while carrying no luggage and being on a terrorist watch list. Incredibly, his father had communicated to the US Embassy in Nigeria in November that Abdulmutallab had been radicalized and may be planning a terrorist attack.

At least one witness—passenger Kurt Haskell—claimed that a well-dressed Indian man had escorted Abdulmutallab to the ticket counter and told a ticket agent that Abdulmutallab didn’t have a passport but needed to get on the plane.”
This writer doubts that the American people will ever be told the truth about Loughner and his assassination of Judge Roll there seems little doubt as the Obama regime is fighting with everything it has to keep the information on these “mind controlled” assassins secret, and as we can read as reported by the Courthouse News service:

One can only hope that there is some “power” in America today able to stop the madness currently taking over that once great nation before all is truly lost, we hope it is much sooner than later for all of the worlds sake.

Meet Judge John Roll (Deceased)

The US news media heaped on the praise for Judge Roll, but was purposefully vague about who this extraordinary judge was that was killed in Arizona and what he actually did. Judge Roll was a new-age Patriot and supporter of the Constitution.

The early and oft-repeated media claim "the judge was just in the wrong place at the wrong time" doesn't ring true for several reasons, the most important being how the heck would they know and know so quickly?

Equally as suspicious, why did they feel the need to repeat this statement over and over again from the very beginning of the reports? Who inserted this into the news stream?

Judge Roll was an opponent of the Federal government overreaching its authority.

Specifically:

1. He ruled against federal imposition on states rights in gun law matters,

2. He ruled against elements of the Patriot Act (the part where federal "law enforcement agents" can seize your bank account without cause), and

3. He ruled against the newly announced FEMA Governor system in which the federal government plans to take the power of elected state Governors and put in in the hands of federally-appointed "regional" governors in the case of an "emergency."

It's a rare judge these days that stands up to this BS or shows any interest in the Constitution at all.

And he ended up dead in the parking lot of a Safeway Supermarket at the hands of a "lone nut" who local law enforcement allowed to run wild publicly making violent threats against employers and school administrators.

The treatment of what Judge Roll has done, or the mainstream media conveniently leaving this out makes me wonder: Perhaps he was he real target, Not the congresswoman?

While I might agree that there are some fundamental "truths" in your article, there are some issues you failed to address or even mention. I have been a loyal HD rider / owner for well over 10 years. I have been riding for almost 20 years, and owned my share of "non-Harley" bikes as well. I currently ride a 2004 Electra Glide Ultra Classic that I purchased new. Let me be very clear, I truly love my bike, but despise Harley Davidson as a company, business and service provider as they or their franchise dealers fail miserably in all three areas.

The machine is a piece of art and, in past years, well crafted. This is far from true anymore as the almighty dollar has become more important to HD than the rider, the experience or the equipment. I have had my share of problems, and to HD dealers credit, had some of the repairs done wonderfully. I have also had the need to file suit against HD for braking repairs never done and their placing me within inches of death from a "non-existent" problem. This "phantom problem" was fixed (correctly I might add) by a HD mechanic now in his own shop and no longer working for HD. He loves the product, hates the company. He boasts all 55 certifications offered by HD and CORRECTLY diagnosed and re-manufactured the correction - one that HD knew existed and failed to address - even to this day. I could go on and on.....

A friend of mine just bought a 2010 Electra Glide Ultra Classic Screaming Eagle with EVERY option available, costing close to 32K. In the past 6 months of ownership, he has had 4 new tires, a warped rotor, 2 sets of grips where the rubber separated and now, most recently, chrome mirrors where the chrome has pealed off. It is CLEAR that HD quality is tanking and tanking quickly.

Alex, the point of my email is that if HD wants to survive the economic downturn, it needs to focus on the RIDERS and BUYERS a great deal more than their bottom line. This is a simple equation (that I learned from my many, many years with Marriott International) that if you take care of the consumer, the consumer will take care of the business. Harley Davidson has forgotten the consumer and has become a financial company that just happens to make motorcycles. They have lost touch with their roots and this will be their undoing. I can get a better quality Honda Goldwing for half the price and it is dependable.

We are willing to pay for the over-priced product (let's just accept this as a given), however, we are tired of being fleeced on service, motor clothes and parts. Pick one to overprice, but let the others be fair pricing. The Brandon HD Dealer (Ferman Automotive Group) gets well over $800.00 for a 20K service that my mechanic does for $350.00!! Remember, my mechanic has EVERY HD Mechanic's Certification offered. His pricing is fair for the EXACT same work that Ferman does....without the 8 million in overhead to support their new building and showroom.

I agree that the Harley days are over and the company is headed down a slope of no return if they continue "business as usual". They have lost touch with their consumer and rather than fix the problems, cover it up with "smoke and mirrors".

Like I said, I love the product (if it were built well, serviced well by trained personnel and HD stopped trying to fleece it's LOYAL consumers at every turn). They could learn a great deal from me and others like me..............but they choose not to and that is a shame.
